Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is on the lookout for a skilled HR and Payroll Executive to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will hold a BBA, MBA, BS, or MS in Human Resource Management and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attendance and timekeeping
- Oversee payroll processing
- Handle overtime, advances, and leave management
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word (experience with HRIS is preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 70,00 per month along with attractive benefits. This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
