Job Description
Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a qualified HR and Payroll Officer. Candidates must have a BBA/MBA in HR, with 2-5 years of relevant HR Generalist experience and at least 1 year in payroll.
Key Proficiencies:
- Proficient in payroll software, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of attendance enrollment systems.
- Experience in employee benefits and deductions calculation.
- Adept at financial/payroll report generation.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Location: Rawalpindi (Relocation required).
