Job Description
Frontier Platinum Group is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team on a contractual basis for a duration of 48 months. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including:
- Providing recruitment support by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Managing employee records and preparing essential documentation such as contracts and offer letters.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, as well as addressing employee grievances.
- Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training logs for employee development.
- Offering administrative support, including document filing and organizing HR events.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
