Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage employee records and maintain our HR database, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs. You will also conduct new hire orientations and trainings, assist with performance management and employee relations, and process payroll while maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, you will manage employee time off requests, ensure HR compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinate employee events and recognition programs, and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
