Job Description
Octet Solutions is looking for a committed HR Assistant to oversee HR functions and assist with training initiatives for our front-end and back-end operations. The role includes conducting team satisfaction assessments, coordinating employee training programs, processing payroll, managing hiring, and facilitating offboarding procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred)
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PST (Night Shift), Location: Lahore
Compensation: Rs 50,00.00 per month plus a 10k fuel allowance.
