Job Description
TTC Amigos BPO is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding by preparing paperwork and orientation.
- Address employee inquiries and assist with engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
