Job Description

Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Associate to enhance employee engagement and retention within our organization. In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing job descriptions, understanding employee assignments, managing task reassignments, and developing engagement programs. You will also oversee exit interview feedback and establish key performance indicators to support talent retention initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this position.
