Job Description
Silver Star Group is seeking an HR Associate to assist and support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in implementing various functions in accordance with HR Policy Manuals. The successful candidate will act as an internal advisor on HR matters to the concerned Head.
Key responsibilities include reviewing the organogram and job descriptions, conducting job analysis and evaluation, managing the performance management system, and overseeing training and development initiatives.
Requirements: BBA or MBA with a specialization in HR. The candidate must be based in Daska, Sialkot, Gujranwala, or nearby areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
