Job Description

Ingredion Incorporated is seeking an HR Contractor for a 6-month contract position. This role involves coordinating and administering a variety of HR programs and activities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support Annual Performance Review and Goal Setting.
• Facilitate the People & Capability Review process.
• Assist with the Rafhan Talent Academy.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
• Offer support for Employee Engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR operations for reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years experience, fluent in English.
