Job Description
Ingredion Incorporated is seeking an HR Contractor for a 6-month contract. You will coordinate HR programs, focusing on performance management, recruitment, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support performance reviews and goal-setting.
- Facilitate annual People & Capability process.
- Assist in employee development.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage employee initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of experience, fluent in English.
