Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Physician Cure. As an HR Coordinator, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Support employees with HR-related inquiries.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM

Location: DHA Phase 8, L20 Building

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month

Experience: 1 year in HR preferred.
