Job Description
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd is actively searching for an HR Coordinator to effectively manage daily wage workers across various project sites. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring attendance, ensuring adherence to HR policies, and assisting site supervisors with workforce planning. Preferred qualifications include experience in labor management and coordination of documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance and workforce headcount.
- Accurately process daily wages and overtime payments.
- Collaborate with supervisors on workforce planning.
- Verify CNICs and oversee worker documentation.
- Prepare and share HR reports with the Head Office.
- Address employee grievances while upholding site discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred).
- 2–3 years of HR experience at a site.
- Familiarity with labor laws and record-keeping skills.
