Alpha Innovative Solutions is seeking an HR Cum Admin professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation, alongside administrative tasks such as office supply management and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment from job postings to interviews.
• Manage onboarding and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle employee records and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll and employee benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience in HR or administrative roles.
