Job Summary: ABS International seeks a dedicated HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment and HR operations during evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Enhance the candidate experience.
- Streamline onboarding procedures.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Coordinate training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
