Job Description
Alam Group of Companies is seeking a skilled HR Executive to enhance our team in Gulberg, Lahore. This vital role focuses on overseeing human resource and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll management and maintain employee records.
- Address employee relations and conduct performance management.
- Facilitate training programs and support employee development.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
