We are seeking an HR Recruitment Specialist to oversee our end-to-end recruitment process, which includes preparing and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, representing HR during interviews, and coordinating job offers with central HR.
Key responsibilities include maintaining employee files, facilitating timely interview arrangements post-resignation, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new hires. The ideal candidate will also handle employee relations issues, assist in performance appraisals, and manage exit interviews.
The successful applicant must have a 4-year degree in HR or an MBA with HR specialization, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
