Job Description
Flinkfreight Logistics is seeking a capable and career-oriented HR Executive to join our fast-growing brokerage team in Pakistan. This full-time position requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual available for night shifts (9 pm to 6 am).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection process.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Assess training programs.
Requirements:
