Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team at Innovative Infinity Solutions for the night shift (6:00 pm to 1:00 am). The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Human Resources and experience managing HR processes in a BPO environment.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, overseeing recruitment, and addressing employee grievances. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and excellent communication skills. Full-time position with a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Freshers are welcome!
