Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the complete recruitment and onboarding process.
– Maintain employee records, manage attendance, and process payroll.
– Assist with performance management and enhance employee engagement.
– Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
– Support training and development programs.
– Address employee inquiries and deliver HR support.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in HR.
– Strong understanding of HR functions.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
– Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
