Job Description
Location: Main Murree Road, Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Experience Required: 2+ years in HR roles
Industry: Tech, Civil Engineering, or BPO
We are seeking a confident and proactive HR Executive to manage employee relations and cultivate a performance-oriented culture at Spell Link.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and address employee grievances
- Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and manage payroll
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in night operations
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
