Job Description
The role is responsible for ensuring effective recruitment processes in accordance with our policies and guidelines. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, source candidates through various channels, manage recruitment technology, and maintain a talent pool of candidates.
Responsibilities include:
- Tracking and scheduling candidates through the recruitment process.
- Conducting interviews and finalizing candidates.
- Resolving complex queries regarding recruitment processes and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
