Job Description
ZEREFLAB is in search of a committed HR Executive to assist in the development and execution of our HR initiatives and systems. In this vital role, you will provide guidance on policy matters, oversee the recruitment process, design effective onboarding strategies, and support performance management processes.
Your key responsibilities will entail maintaining comprehensive employee records, ensuring that employment conditions comply with legal standards, and addressing disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of HR experience, a robust knowledge of labor laws, and exhibit outstanding organizational and communication skills.
This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary starting at Rs50,00.00 per month.
