Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is on the lookout for a committed HR Generalist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making abilities and a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and training processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various HR initiatives and matters.
- Establish organizational guidelines.
- Propose strategies for employee motivation.
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Address and investigate employee complaints.
- Facilitate development and performance management.
- Conduct employee orientations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
