Job Description

AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resource Manager in various tasks. Responsibilities include developing personnel policies, planning new HR methods, overseeing compensation and benefits policies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies among employees.

Additionally, the intern will assist in submitting annual evaluations regarding employee promotions or removals to the Board for approval.

Location: Islamabad

Experience Required: Time and HR consultant, 1 year preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,00.00 – Rs12,00.00 per month

Commute/Relocate: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
