Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to support our HR Manager during the night shift (5 PM–2 AM, Monday to Friday). Female candidates are preferred for this role, which includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Post jobs, schedule interviews, and assist in onboarding.
- Update employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Address employee inquiries and support engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; HR software experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Location: In person in Rawalpindi
