Job Description

Reporting to: HR Manager
Work Schedule: Remote, Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Stipend: 20,00 PKR
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes.
- Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications.
- Support HR Manager in recruitment strategies.
- Maintain records of candidate interactions.
- Assist with ad-hoc recruitment tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing functions.
- Enthusiasm for HR and recruitment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
