Job Description
EcoEnergy Systems is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in HR or related fields.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
These responsibilities will be part of a 3-month internship offering a stipend between PKR 10,00 to 25,00 per month, with the potential for a permanent role.
