Job Description
En Route Technologies Pakistan is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to assist our HR department with daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including CV screening and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and relevant documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities.
- Help organize various HR events and initiatives.
- Assist with attendance and leave management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or currently enrolled).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
