Job Description
Join SoftMind Solutions as an HR Intern in Johar Town, R1 block, for a 3-6 month immersive experience in the Human Resources field. This role offers hands-on training in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records and update HR documents.
- Support communication regarding HR policies.
- Help track attendance and payroll documentation.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
