Job Description

Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated HR Intern to assist in various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will help with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You’ll facilitate new hire orientation, serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, address employee concerns, and support performance reviews. In addition, you’ll identify training needs, organize training programs, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
