Job Description
We invite applications for the position of HR Junior Associate at TheHassol. This full-time role is essential in supporting our daily HR operations, which include recruitment, onboarding, and the maintenance of employee records.
As an HR Junior Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, and preparing essential HR documentation. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, and in-person work is required.
