Job Description
Location: Faisalabad (Office-Based)
Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Salary: 50,00 – 80,00 PKR
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage the hiring, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies.
- Administer payroll and maintain employee records accurately.
- Address and resolve conflicts and employee concerns proactively.
- Oversee performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential.
