Job Description
Halfur is seeking a qualified HR Manager to join our team. The key responsibilities include tracking and evaluating employee performance, preparing and managing payroll, maintaining attendance records, handling employee concerns with professionalism, and developing HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, proven HR management experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
