Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Female HR Manager for our retail business located at Shahalam Market, Lahore. The ideal candidate must possess a specific degree in HR and have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR inquiries and requests.
• Maintain employee records, including leaves.
• Process payroll and manage employee benefits documentation.
• Support HR training programs and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations.
• Write reports on HR activities.
• Facilitate management-employee communications.
• Stay updated on HR best practices to improve efficiency.

Job Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM, Full-time.
