Job Description

NewGen Solutions is hiring an HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the call center industry. We are looking for a candidate with basic-level digital marketing experience to help us grow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in HR roles, preferably in customer service.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.

Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month

Location: Rawalpindi, Night shift, Full-time
