Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Officer with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field and 3–7 years of HR experience. Preferred experience includes HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, maintain talent pipelines, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Administer performance management (KPIs/OKRs) and support reviews and improvement plans.
• Develop and update HR policies; ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and labor regulations.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave, benefits, HRIS maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards, support change management, and drive process improvements and succession planning.
