Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead daily HR operations within our software house. You will implement HR strategies and policies, manage recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and retention initiatives, conduct exit interviews, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Minimum 3 years HR management experience in an IT firm; at least 2 years in a software house (required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- In-person role; must reliably commute or relocate to Faisalabad.
