Job Description

Wrangler Instruments is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee our HR functions. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process, serve as a point of contact for employee relations, administer benefits programs, and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will support performance management, maintain HR records, and assist in training initiatives to foster employee development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits programs and maintain policy compliance.
• Support performance management and training development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HRIS software.
