Job Description
Authornate Private Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be actively involved in end-to-end recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, creating effective onboarding plans, assisting in performance management, and supporting disciplinary and grievance issues.
The HR Officer will also be responsible for organizing company events as needed and preparing letters and employment contracts for new hires. Preference will be given to candidates located nearby our office in G/13/4 Islamabad.
