Job Description
CLAIM WOLF GROUP is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join our team on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates, building a talent pool for future positions, and implementing strategies to bolster employee performance. Additionally, you will collect business intelligence to evaluate employee performance, address workplace concerns, and facilitate effective communication regarding performance practices.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources and have at least 6 months of related experience. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:45 AM to 5:45 PM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs25,00 to Rs35,00 per month, along with quarterly performance incentives.
