This position involves supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, assisting in policy development, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, performance monitoring, and payroll processing.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
