Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our HR department’s effectiveness through daily operational support, policy enforcement, recruitment management, and adherence to labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies.
- Address employee relations issues professionally.
- Support payroll functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
