Job Description
Jacked Nutrition is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer with 2-3 years of practical experience in HR operations and recruitment. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR functions, support the hiring process, maintain employee records, and effectively implement HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation and address employee inquiries.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including conducting interviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
