Job Description
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Administer and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided perks.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as required by management or auditors.
- Work with external vendors and providers to resolve any benefits-related issues.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- as a HR Officer and Payroll Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
