Job Description
NTIS PAK – NATRINSPA Immigration Services is seeking a qualified HR Officer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, provide guidance on policies, and actively participate in the recruitment process. Additionally, you will oversee onboarding, training programs, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
We are looking for candidates with proven HR experience, knowledge of HR functions, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with HRMS is a plus.
The position offers a monthly pay of Rs40,00.00 and requires in-person attendance.
