Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Support training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports on metrics like headcount and turnover.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in ZOHO and Oddo.
