Job Description
Rainbow Cash & Carry is looking for a committed HR Officer to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions and oversee the recruitment process.
- Train and orient both new and existing staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
- Keep precise employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of employment laws.
