Job Description
SIAC Waste Management Services is looking for a committed HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily attendance issues, tracking worker attendance records, and maintaining accurate employee files.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly reports and assisting with the opening of bank accounts for employees. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring efficient HR operations across both rural and urban settings.
This position is available in either Chunian or Pattoki. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA in HR) and have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
