Job Description
Imtiaz Group (SMC Private) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Officer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
The ideal candidate will provide counseling on policies and procedures, ensure timely initiation of the probation cycle, and compile information as directed by the Line Manager.
You will also coordinate employee recognition programs, organize engagement activities, manage disciplinary and grievance issues, and maintain attendance and leave records.
This role requires effective teamwork with management and HR staff to drive essential HR functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
