Job Description
M I Enterprises seeks a full-time, on-site HR & Payroll Officer in Faisalabad. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, new-hire onboarding and documentation, monthly payroll preparation and disbursement, attendance, leave and overtime tracking, employee records management, HR policy compliance, and coordination with management.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (HR/BBA preferred)
- Experience: 2–3 years in HR and payroll with strong payroll processing knowledge
- Skills: Effective communication, coordination, MS Excel proficiency, familiarity with HR systems
- Compensation: PKR 55,00–60,00/month (market competitive, dependent on experience)
- Employment: Full-time, in-person; male candidates only
